....continuing on the Tour de Vancouver


The second stop brings us to The Seawall. The Seawall is a trail that wraps around Stanley Park and the city right on the water. The trail is very busy. There are bikers, runners, pedestrians, tourists and roller bladers galore. I noticed today that outside the park there is a ratio of small dogs to big dogs of about 20:1. After entering the park the ratio changes to about 1:10 (maybe little dogs just can't walk that far?) The park takes up 1,000 acres. Above is a sculpture by an American artist titled "Device to Root out Evil." Appears to be an upside down school house. hmmm...
